WE ARE BLESSED........

How can I in words express our love and appreciation for the family in the above picture. Our Pastor Art has been our faithful shepherd for 33 years in our church and we have grown to love them like our own family. He is now retired. We are just so happy that they are going to be living here, two of their daughters and their families as well and we get to see DeeDee and her family when they come to visit. We have shared many joys and laughter, and tears as well. How good God is to allow us to have this dear family as forever friends. How many precious memories we have of our church and the many years of growing together as a congregation.

We are also blessed because God led Pastor Anthony, Kim and little Evan to our church. And they have become dear friends and we appreciate them so much. Both of these men have a deep love for their Heavenly Father and have preached and are preaching the Word of God in wisdom and in truth. Their wives who are beautiful both inside and out are loving, compassionate and just fun to be around. GOD IS GOOD!

Have you ever walked in our Pastor's shoes,

And gone where his feet have trod?

Have you ever thought of what he means to us,

And on your knees, given thanks to God?

Have you ever told him thank you,

For being there, when times are tough,

For comforting words and fervent prayers

When trials come and the storms of life are rough?

When you pray, put him at the top of the list

And ask the Lord to surround him with loving care,

To give him strength and walk with him,

To help him with the burdens that he must bear.

Serving his Father, giving Godly advice

Preaching and teaching and sharing the Word

Tending his flock in the Savior's Way

Is the gift of a pastor's heart
