So beautiful here at the Pass....

We had to wait about 20 minutes on the West side due to road construction so I took some flower pics and lo and behold, this little critter was on one just getting all the sweetness out of this particular plant........

Big Fork, Montana......

Bigfork is a town close to Kalispell. Interesting shops and coffee houses.....

Beautiful hillside garden and tea-house in Kimberly........

We came through the Bavarian town of Kimberly, B.C. and just happened upon this beautiful hillside garden and tea-house. This couple had moved here from Switzerland many years ago and he built many little Swiss buildings in his wife's garden so she wouldn't feel so lonesome for her country. Each little house has a special significance to it. It was absolutely stunning.

What a relaxing place to sit and have tea.......

This is the back yard and in amongst all those trees are stairways and paths that lead right to the top where you can order your lunch. Many years of work and love went into this place.

Coming home.....

We came home through Invermere and Radium......

It was such a hot day yesterday coming through the valley so we stopped at Invermere and spent a couple of hours on the beach.......soooooo nice.....

Very relaxing three days.........

Day out at Mount Kidd......

What a fun time we had yesterday out at Mount Kidd with Heather and Duane and kids and the Thomas'. It was so beautiful out there and the rain stayed away until we were driving home.

This weekend.......

This last Saturday morning, Heather and I and the kids drove up to Sundre (about 2 hours away) to pick up Jemma from Pioneer Camp. What a fun time she had with her friend, Ireland. She rode horses, did archery, crafts, swimming and other fun stuff. As you can see, Nate missed his big sister.

Last night we had another guest at our B n B. Elda came to Millerville for a wedding and then stayed with us for the night. It was fun to visit with her again.

Hovdestad choir......

Sunday morning we had the Hovdestad family sing at our worship service. They had had a wedding reception for a niece on Saturday afternoon so alot of the family were in church Sunday morning.

They sang "What a friend" and it sounded so good. They are all very good singers.
